Meet Tia! This beautiful boxer mix girl is simply perfection. We pulled her from a high kill shelter where she was dumped by her owner. Turns out being dumped in a kill shelter was a blessing in disguise. You could tell Tia did not have a good life or a good owner. She was clearly neglected. She was extremely skinny and had open wounds on her legs. She was pitiful in appearance but it was obvious she was special. You could see love in her eyes despite her past. We knew right away we had to save her and we are so thankful we did.

Tia is now completely healthy. She has put on some much needed weight and her wounds are almost a faded memory. She is beautiful. Tia has one blue eye and one black eye. She loves to give kisses and she loves to be loved on. She is very smart and knows sit and down. She walks excellent on a leash. She does great with other dogs and adores kids. Tia's foster mommy does not have a cat so we have not been able to cat test her at this time. If you are interested in adopting Tia and have cats we will cat test her for you.

Tia's birthday is estimated to be 02/23/14. She is just over a year old and has so much to offer and is eager to learn. Tia is spayed, up to date on vaccinations, heart worm negative and is on preventatives. All she needs now is a place to call home and a family who will love her for the rest of her life.
