Rooney is a sensitive little 4 year old, 50 lb flower who came to us via the Long Beach Shelter. Absolutely darling, this Australian Cattle Dog is loyal, loving, and smart! She is good with other dogs and needs a leader who can out think her and provide daily exercise...cattle dogs tend to be very, very bright and very athletic. Rooney is very loyal and although she is shy at first, warms up very quickly once she gets to know you. Fans of the breed are fans for a reason and once you have the love of a cattle dog you will understand why folks say this. She is magical in every sense.
