April 8, 2015 Update:

Diamond is a 2-3 year old fun loving girl who wants nothing more than to be with her humans, giving them love and getting it as well. She loves to go for car rides, walks and will play fetch in to the wee hours of the night. Diamond was surrendered by her owner to the Human Society in Indianapolis because she suffers from severe food allergies and the owner could not afford to buy her the more expensive grain free food that she needs to keep her skin free of irritation. She was then transferred to MARR where after just a few days of medication and good food she is feeling much better and is a happy girl.

Diamond is unsure of other dogs and, though she may be able to learn they are not all a threat to her, she would probably be best suited for a one pet home. We don't know how she is around cats either. We also recommend no small children simply because she will knock them over. She is also still a little mouthy but her foster home is working on that.

Diamond truly is a diamond and would make a wonderful companion for somebody who understands her needs and is looking for a super loyal and sweet Rottie to share their home with.
