Roysetta is a beautiful Abyssinian/tabby mix gal, born 07/21/13. She is very loving, likes to purr and be around people she knows. She will sit on your lap and sleep with you in bed. She likes to play and have her tummy petted. However, it might take a few days for her to get to know you. She is a very nice, gentle cat.
She was adopted in 2013, but surrendered to Fluff Buddies with her brother in February 2015, after Roysetta was hit by a car. The adopter had taken her to an emergency vet, but it appeared she got minimal follow-up care. After the surrender, she was treated at our vet for internal bleeding (at the emergency clinic testing showed she had lost half her red blood cells). After healing, she had most of her tail amputated due to nerve damage from the original incident. She is healing well from that as well.
There was little hissing at first with other cats at her foster home, but that has stopped. There was no aggression. She would probably do well with another, non-aggressive cat.
