One can’t help but notice how incredibly handsome our Blake is with his beautiful coat and gorgeous blue eyes! Blake’s shyness disappears within moments of you sitting with him and the next thing that becomes apparent is just how much Blake enjoys receiving attention and affection from you. Petting Blake is a win-win proposition: Blake loves being petted and you’ll love petting him because his exquisite fur coat is so very soft! Blake especially enjoys having his ears rubbed and his head scratched!

Blake likes exploring but does so very cautiously and deliberately. The one thing that makes Blake throw caution to the wind is the appearance of a swizzle wand! Blake’s body language turns from watchful to confident within seconds as he strides purposefully over to the swizzle wand, bats at it, picks it up with his mouth, and drags it around the room victoriously! It’s quite the transformation! Blake seems to be interested in making friends with his kitty roommates, especially if they don’t mind if he plays with their tails!

This sweet, loving guy is a recent rescue from a hoarding situation. We’re so happy to have him with us at RESCUE, but we’ll be even happier to send Blake off into the loving arms of his forever family!
