Oh Henry. We’re not talking candy bars though! We’re talking about Henry the cat, who I feel confident is sweeter than any candy bar! Henry is a handsome Flame Point Siamese with gorgeous sapphire blue eyes! Henry is a calm guy that takes everything in stride – he has such a wonderful disposition! This affectionate, friendly guy loves being with his people. When you enter the room, he’ll run right over and gently head butt you to politely request attention. There is a direct correlation between petting Henry and his purring mechanism – the longer you pet him, the louder his purring becomes. Throw in some ear rubs and Henry will be over the moon! Henry also has the endearing habit of squinting his eyes and softly talking to you while you pet him. He becomes so relaxed it’s like witnessing a cat melt right before your eyes!
Henry loves his scratching pad and loves hanging out on the top floor of kitty condos. He is just now starting to dabble in some playtime; in fact, one super fun game he enjoys is when you toss a soft toy or ball into the top floor of the condo where he is sitting. He either bats it back at you or grabs it, pulls it close to his tummy, and bunny kicks it into submission! The really funny thing is if you attempt to distract him with ear rubs while he’s bunny kicking the toy, the more you scratch his ear, the faster he bunny kicks the toy! It’s rather humorous! Henry is also quite the intellectual – he enjoys conversing with you on a wide assortment of topics ranging from cats as literary muses, to great cats in Egyptian history, and to You Tube celebrity cats – Simon’s Cat and Grumpy Cat are his favorites!
