My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Lucy-Alsatian (German Shepard)-Female ~2yr (April 2015)

Lucy was brought to a high kill rural shelter because her owner said she was 'too hairy'!! Can you
imagine. The Staff said the man said she was Alsatian and we've all been learning about this breed since it's now one usually seen in this area. Lucy is a wonderful dog, loving and friendly. She enjoys a good back rub and seems to be very energetic. A Herding breed by definition, sure to be loyal and true to her new family. Her adoption fee is $400 to help cover the medical costs of getting ready for adoption.
