Bessie's Story...
Left at our gate with her 8 puppies, this sweet girl is the best. If you want the most loyal, affectionate, smart new best friend Bessie is your girl. Bessie looks to have had lots of puppies in her lifetime but is in great health, and just wants a place to call home. She seems to be house trained and crate trained, she is very well behaved with a loyal demeanor, she still loves to play, mostly loves to snuggle, and never stops wagging her tail. Bessie has the sweetest personality and would make the best new family member - we hope she can find that soon because she deserves it. If you just come and meet Bessie you will see what we mean.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bessie, a Fair Oaks Ranch Cattle Dog/Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Cattle Dog/Labrador Retriever for sale in Fair Oaks Ranch, or seeking a Cattle Dog/Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Fair Oaks Ranch.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Fair Oaks Ranch already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Fair Oaks Ranch breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Cattle Dog/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Cattle Dog/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Fair Oaks Ranch paves the way for another one to be saved.
