Buckley's Story...
Buckley was fixng to be euthanized at the Crocket County Pound when they contacted us for help. This is one loving boy. He is around 8 months old. He will be neutered on April 20, 2015 so he will be available about 10 days after that. He has already received vaccines and started on advantage multi. He loves to crawl around on his belly in the grass as you can tell from his pictures. He stood up when he heard my chickens cackling....lol. Please disregard his dirty nose and he was digging the dandelions up and playing with them. He is one silly loving lil boy. His adoption fee if $400.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Buckley, a Hartford Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) for sale in Hartford, or seeking a Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) dog from a breeder in Hartford.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Hartford already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Hartford breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) breeders who help with Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Hartford paves the way for another one to be saved.
