Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Noel was brought to me around Christmas as a very "ugly duckling". She was found wandering the streets of Trenton when it was freezing cold. Her hair was missing from most of her body. Noel's tail was partially missing and then skin ripped from what was there. She had a cut on her ear flap. She had been thrown out in the cold to die. I received the call right before closing time and naturally I said just bring her to me. After months of getting her special baths and then having to remove her damaged tail....Here she is!!! She is ready to travel to her new home now. She is spayed and current on all her vaccines. We are figuring she was probably born late October 2014. We don't really know what breed she is, she looks like a Terrier mixed with a tiny Lab. She should stay a small framed dog. Her adoption fee is $400.
