Lucy's Story...
Lucy is FUN! She's is six months old and weights 32 pounds. She's like a tiny lab! She has that same happy, fun personality but is smaller and easier to handle. She's crate trained, house trained, and adores other animals. She's great in the car and is great with kids. She's an active young dog so she'd love to leash walk or even jog daily. She's fostered in Huntsville, AL and we'd love to introduce you to her. Please email info@FORrescue.net to speak with her foster mom. You may also complete the dog application at www.FORrescue.net to get things started! Thank you.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lucy, a Knoxville Labrador Retriever/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) for sale in Knoxville, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) dog from a breeder in Knoxville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Knoxville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Knoxville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Knoxville paves the way for another one to be saved.
