My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Something was wrong. I really didn’t understand what was happening to me but the light was getting dimmer and dimmer….it was something like I could feel the sun on my face, but I could not see clearly. What I didn’t understand was that I was going blind. God gave me many years that I could see, so I wasn’t afraid as I had time to understand what the world looked like. The eye specialist told us that the condition was from birth and that nothing could be done to prevent the blindness from progressing. But the family who I lived with I don’t think really understood what was happening and they just took me to the pound. I can maneuver around perfectly fine and even go up & down stairs….I am the sweetest most perfect dog you will ever have! I am just in love with the world and get great pleasure out of sharing it with everyone, dogs, cats, chickens, horses and such, but I am looking for my best friend, companion and family. I would really also love to have my own buddy, about my size to hang around with. I am about 4 years old, 45 pounds, heart worm negative, crate and house trained, neutered, up to date on everything and on all preventives.
