Here's what the humans have to say about me:
April was dumped at a high-kill shelter by her owner. This beautiful little girl is sweet, friendly, and gets along with other dogs. April is about 2 years old and weighs just 20 pounds. Please help this Beagle/Spaniel mix find the loving home she deserves.
From her foster Mom: April is the sweetest and most gentle dog. She has gotten along great with my dog, Oliver, and is kind to all the people she meets. She is however, a little aggressive with her food, not with me, but with Oliver. I can take it away from her no problem or pet her while she is eating but if Oliver comes within like a 2 foot radius she goes after him. Same when I tried to give them each a bone. We are working on it. Otherwise, she is very timid and enjoys lounging but will definitely become playful if you offer a toy or game of fetch. She knows the basic commands and listens very well. She has become my little shadow and is often looking for affection. April is house trained and also crate trained! She would truly be a great addition to any home and is so deserving of a loving family!

April's adoption fee is $225. This covers all their age-appropriate shots and vetting.

**If you are coming to the event to see a certain dog, please email ahead of time to make sure that dog will be there that day or check our facebook page the night before for our attendee list.
