My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

I am about 5 years old. I am a large Flamepoint. I have more than likely been abused not just by my first owner, but also by my adopter. I was dumped in Animal Control in Oct by my adopter and extremely angry. I have no front claws so I would swat and bare my teeth. I have come a very long way and see I can trust people and be petted. I do allow a six year old to pet me, but I still allow no one to pick me up. It has taken a while but I have earned my running free with other kitty privledges and am trying to learn to be a social cat. I even tried to sleep beside my foster and that is a biggie for me. I need someone with a lot of patience as it has taken 7 months to get to this state of trust now....so slow and easy is who I need.
