Danielle's Story...
You can visit with Danielle in the Adoption Center in the Petsmart in Lake Forest, CA.

OMG! Danielle is so sweet and affectionate. She just loves to be pet and loved on. Danielle is a petite, 3 yr old brown tabby and was rescued from a shelter before she was euthanized. She is playful and friendly and loves her morning serving of canned food. Danielle prefers a home without other cats but might be able to share her new home with a mellow kitty. All the unfamiliar noises around the adoption center are a little scary for Danielle and she's hoping to be adopted real soon into a loving forever home.

Forever Home Cat Rescue holds Adoption Events every Sat/Sun from 12-3:00pm at the Petsmart in Lake Forest, Foothill Ranch; Rancho Santa Margarita. To meet one of our available cats/kittens please call 949-829-0036.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Danielle, a Foothill Ranch Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Foothill Ranch, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Foothill Ranch.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Foothill Ranch already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Foothill Ranch breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Foothill Ranch paves the way for another one to be saved.
