Little Mandy, only 4-5 months old was in a shelter wondering why she couldn't run and play outside of those bars. A Terrier mix, she is probably going to be 15 to 20 pounds at adult, and what a fun girl she is. Plays with the other dogs of her size, runs with the ball in her mouth, sleeps snuggled up under her fosters arm and is learning about house manners from the adult dogs.
