My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Bentley is a male Toy Poodle approximately 4 1/2 years in age. He has a short curly white coat of non-shedding hair. Bentley is a small guy weighing 7 pounds fully grown. He is super happy and affectionate. He is an easy keeper, well behaved inside the home and good with his potty training. Bentley’s past life was one of extreme neglect. He entered a shelter as a stray with a very matted coat and part of his right rear leg missing due to strangulation by the mats. He was taken to an emergency veterinary hospital for surgical amputation. Bentley has made a remarkable transition and adapts easily to almost any environment. He easily maneuvers around his home and yard. Bentley is mild mannered and loves to cuddle with a person. He is most happy when he has caring people near him. When he gets separated from his foster mom, he make soft “umming” sounds to get her attention. He is one of a kind and wants to be treated like any other companion dog and given loving care. Bentley is healthy and ready for his new forever home today!

Bentley will be at the PETSMART STORE IN LA JOLLA VILLAGE SQUARE on Sunday, MAY 17th and from 11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Our event is held inside the store.
