PROMISE's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, a special needs pet, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

PROMISE's Story...
Promise is about 2yrs old in June of 2016. We rescued she and her puppies in March of 2015 from a remote shelter in Madera, CA, she was a wonderful loving mother.
She was born with a deformity of her front leg, which does NOT impair her ability to run and play. We attempted a $1200 prosthetic attachment for her, but she hated it. She is beautiful, great demeanor and is such a sweet girl, loves people and going for walks, good with other dogs, does not care to share her food. She is spayed now, microchipped and vaccinated.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

PROMISE, a Inland Empire Pekingese/Shih Tzu dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pekingese/Shih Tzu for sale in Inland Empire, or seeking a Pekingese/Shih Tzu dog from a breeder in Inland Empire.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Inland Empire already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Inland Empire breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pekingese/Shih Tzu breeders who help with Pekingese/Shih Tzu rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Inland Empire paves the way for another one to be saved.
