Berk's Story...
Berk a Boxer mix who was born in July 2014. She is a petite medium sized ball of snuggles. Berk was in rough shape when she was rescued, she was missing fur all over her body and it had been a long time since she had a good meal. With lots of love and food this sweet girl blossomed into the beautiful girl she once was. Berk is great children and other dogs. Very sweet, laid back and loving with plenty of snuggles and kisses to pass out. Berk is low energy and prefers to be where her people are. At night her favorite place is curled up sleeping next to you. She is defiantly a dog you will want to meet. She walks well on a leash and loves to go for walks.

To help Berk get acclimated to her new home, the adoption fee includes 1 complimentary training session with the rescue’s trainer.

If you would like to make Berk a forever member of your family please apply on line at Animal Aid Foundation Adoption and Foster Application

The adoption fee is $125 and includes: spay, microchip, deworming, vaccines, and 1 in home complimentary training session with the rescue’s trainer.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Berk, a Rochester Hills Boxer puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer for sale in Rochester Hills, or seeking a Boxer puppy from a breeder in Rochester Hills.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Rochester Hills already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Rochester Hills breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer breeders who help with Boxer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Rochester Hills paves the way for another one to be saved.
