My name is Baloo!

Domestic Longhair Cat for adoption in Colorado Springs, Colorado - Baloo

I found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.

Baloo's Info...

I am already neutered, up to date with shots, not good with dogs, and not good with cats.

Baloo's Story...
I'm a big boy with a big personality. I can be friendly and affectionate - but on my terms. I need an experienced adopter who knows when to give me affection and when to give me space. I also want to be king of my castle, and would do best as the only pet, although I'm willing to tolerate easy-going cats. I'm a large grey long-haired neutered male. I am negative for FELV/FIV, spayed or neutered and had one (if adult), two or three (if kitten) distemper shot(s). and a rabies shot if old enough.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Baloo, a Colorado Springs Domestic Longhair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Longhair for sale in Colorado Springs, or seeking a Domestic Longhair cat from a breeder in Colorado Springs.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Colorado Springs already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Colorado Springs breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Longhair breeders who help with Domestic Longhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Colorado Springs paves the way for another one to be saved.
