4/28/15 - Stella is the Latin and Italian word for "Star". And, I've always heard that when you wish upon a star, it makes no difference who you are. Anything your heart desires will come to you. If your heart is in your dreams, no request is too extreme. So here goes: "I wish to be adopted, to have a family to love me unconditionally, to have a playful furbsibling to play with and to be showered with affection.” Oh, I only get one wish? But I’m a Star!
Anyway, it seems I was posted on craigslist by some people who didn’t want me at an early age. Some nice lady bought me and then called rescue to make sure that I found a home that was totally accurate for me. I am currently in a foster home with another smaller yorkie and boy are we having fun. She likes to play and that is just up my alley. I was a little standoffish on first meeting, but you can't you blame me, I’ve already been in 3 homes and I’m only a year old.
It didn’t take me long to warm up, especially since my foster sibling knows how to entice the play. I’m doing ok on potty training, but will need someone on top of bringing me out and praising me for a job well done. I eat good, sleep good and play good. So.... I’m good at the most important things.
I like it here, but foster mom has to make room for more castoffs, so if you are in the market for a pretty, smart, fun, sweet, loving gal and have another pup that needs a playmate, fill out that little ole application they have on the site and we’ll see what we can do to make your and my "wish upon a Star” come true.
