MEET CASANDRA….Cassie, to her good friends! This exceptional, 3 yr old, b/w, 13 lb, Lhasa/Tzu mix has a stellar temperament. She came from the Carson Shelter a matted, disheveled mess. She is a great combination of energy and cuddle…she loves to take you for a walk (could use training on the leash), loves to run and play; but she also loves to snuggle into you! Cassie would be a wonderful jogging or power walking partner! She is a bit fearful of men, but just needs more socialization. Not an aggressive bone in her. Cassie is all about routine. Once she gets into a pattern, she is easy going and happy. When she needs to go out, she will look at you with her big brown eyes and you will know! She does NOT like being left alone, so another canine in her life will be the best fit for her…and, of course, you. Kids over 8 yrs old would be great. Cassie is a special, well mannered girl who will love and adore anyone who loves and adores her. Is that you?

UPDATE!!!! Lhasa Happy Homes will be now holding our adoption events most every Sunday at ROVER KENNELS on Main Street in Santa Monica (check calendar link below for special events and directions). Rover is located at 2116 Main Street, in Santa Monica, CA. Here you will have an opportunity to interact with the dogs and see which might be a perfect fit with your household. Main Street is famous for its innovative shops and is close to the beach! Make a day of it!! Metered parking on the street and free parking on 4th and Bicknell Streets.
Here you will have an opportunity to interact with the dogs and see which might be a perfect fit with your household....and do some fantastic shopping at the same time! Please do call us if you are coming to see a particular dog to make sure he/she will be at adoptions (we do not bring sick dogs to our adoption events). Please bring a copy of your application and pictures of your home and yard if we have not done a home check! Most importantly, if you have a dog, make sure you bring him or her to do a compatibility match with the dog you are interested in adopting!
