Here's what the humans have to say about me:
My name is Atlas and I have a very sad story to tell. I am a purebred Yorkie male, only 3 years old, 6 lbs and have lived my life in a puppy mill as a breeder male. Critter Cavalry got me from a family with young children that decided to adopt me from the breeder. It did not go well for me at their home because I am so scared of people and being around children was just a horrible existence for me. I am looking for a foster or adopter that can show me a little extra special love, patience and care. I love my foster mom now, but she works during the day and doesn't have a lot of extra time to spare. As you can see I am a handsome little fellow. I am doing much better in the past month but I am just afraid of humans. I have stopped running in circles all the time and will stay in my crate because that is where I feel secure. I am ok with other dogs and don't mind them at all. My foster mom now says that I need to be in a foster home without so many other dogs that take away the attention that I need to overcome my fears. She works and has many dogs of her own and she fosters other small dogs too. I am puppy pad trained and that is a plus. I am just very scared when someone wants to pick me up to cuddle. Once they do pick me up, I am a good little boy and I settle in and don't mind being petted and loved on. If you are interested in helping a little soul like me please let my rescue know. I am very willing to learn given the opportunity to do so. ADOPTION FEE REQUIRED. CONTACT US AT 615-661-5333 or ccrnewengland@gmail.com
