Trouble's Story...
Trouble was born into our foster care program. We rescued his mother Penelope after she'd been allegedly thrown from a bridge over Lake Sam Rayburn in mid-January. When people at the marina saw what appeared to be an animal struggling in the water, boaters went to investigate. Penelope had just given up and gone under, but boaters were able to save her. She was skinny and freezing cold, but people at the marina rallied to get her warm and comfortable. Penelope went home with a nice lady named Amber who contacted us for help. We realized immediately after accepting Penelope into our program that she was expecting puppies soon. The Milne family stepped up to foster this sweet family. Gus loves being near his humans, and heâ is very playful. He is learning house and crate training manners in foster care.
Trouble will be available 5/2/15;

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Trouble, a Saddle Brook Boxer puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer for sale in Saddle Brook, or seeking a Boxer puppy from a breeder in Saddle Brook.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Saddle Brook already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Saddle Brook breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer breeders who help with Boxer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Saddle Brook paves the way for another one to be saved.
