Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Beau is an approximately 2.5 yr old male Great Pyrenees who currently weighs about 115 lbs. Beau was adopted from a shelter in Iowa and returned there after about 1 year because he would not stay on the adopter's property. He is a great and super friendly dog and gets along well with other dogs and cats. Beau also rides well in a car and has nice manners.
Beau’s current foster mom says: “He is great!!! I took him to the girls Frisbee game yesterday and he loved it. He is very much a puppy still. He sat with me quietly chewing though his leash then moseyed off onto the field to play Frisbee with the girls. When he wags his stumpy little tail his whole rear end wiggles. He has really round chipmunk cheeks too. He also has light brown eyes and a brown nose. He totally gets along with cats, kids, no problems in the house alone when I am at work. He is just a joy!!!”
An adoption application, site visit, secure visible fencing, and an adoption fee are required to adopt Beau. We do not typically adopt our dogs to unfenced farms as we rarely receive livestock guardian Pyrs into Rescue.
