Willow's Story...
If you're looking for a goofball, running buddy, couch companion, snuggle buddy, or just all around great dog....Willow is your girl! Willow was found living as a stray with her newborn puppies...inside of a hollowed out tree. She is a sweet girl who loves to "hug" (she will push her head against yours for her hug) and play, is about 2 years old and 45 pounds. She will do best in a fenced in yard so she can play and run with no cares! She doesn't run as much as she does "hop" and "prance" through the yard! If you'd like to add this girl to your family, please visit our website at www.goofyfootrescue.org and fill out the online app. Willow is in foster care in West TN and will be transported once her adoption is finalized.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Willow, a Bedminster German Shepherd Dog/Husky dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog/Husky for sale in Bedminster, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog/Husky dog from a breeder in Bedminster.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Bedminster already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Bedminster breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog/Husky breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog/Husky rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Bedminster paves the way for another one to be saved.
