About Roscoe! A little guy of 9 pounds with tons of love to give. Found as an abandoned stray in January. He is a 6 year old, male chi/rat terrier mix now neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. He is quiet, housebroken, crate trained and a lap hog. He is great with other small dogs and cats. He loves car rides and walks.
