And our Rooney is a crowd pleaser. This boy is adaptable to his surroundings and his environment. He has no problems going with the flow, just give him his play time and it's all good in his book! Rooney is a handsome 18 month old tricolor hound mix weighing around 35 to 40 lbs His Foster mom says he is GREAT with other dogs of all ages, sizes, and genders. He is currently in foster living on a farm and has had interactions with a variety of farm animals and has passed with flying colors. He is also quite content to share his space with cats. Of course it goes without saying he LOVES people (of all ages, sizes, and genders). Rooney does love to run and play so this boy will need a family or person with an active lifestyle. He would likely do well as a running partner. He will positively do well as a walking partner as he is wonderful on leash. Rooney plays outside during the day but comes in at night for lots of cuddles and snuggles before nicely going to bed in his crate. He has had no accidents while in the house but he currently does not have free run of the home. With proper training and supervision we feel he will do quite well learning his house manners. Rooney still sees himself as a pup and will gladly sit in your lap and lavish you with kisses. He is an outgoing, friendly, social kind of guy eager to love and be loved (and don't forget play). He loves all kinds of toys but has a particular liking to rope toys and will parade around showing all his pride and joy (he'll even share). Our happy go lucky Rooney is already neutered, up to date on all vaccinations, and current on all preventatives. He is ready and willing to spend the rest of his life with his new loving forever family. This boy is sure to be please and entertain for years to come. If you are ready to have fun and get lots of love, cuddles, and kisses then Rooney is the boy you have been looking for!
