Sasha's Story...
Sasha is a beautiful nine month old female lab Terrier mix. Sasha was enrolled in one of our in-house prison training programs and did very well. They say she is one of the smartest pups they have trained so she will have many obedience commands as well as being house and crate trained. Since she is very active and playful she would do great with someone interested in doing agility training, search and rescue, advanced obedience or simply as a jogging companion. A busy, active home would be a good match for her. Sasha is also fully vetted - spayed, heartworm negative, current on all vaccinations, etc. - a very healthy puppy. She is beautiful and friendly but has an alpha personality with other dogs. Sasha does best with submissive male dogs. To meet Sasha or for further information you can contact Mel, the foster dad, at oneoftheone99@yahoo.com. To fill out an application please go to our website - www.hopeforhannahrescue.com.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sasha, a Bartonsville Labrador Retriever/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) for sale in Bartonsville, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) dog from a breeder in Bartonsville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Bartonsville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Bartonsville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Bartonsville paves the way for another one to be saved.
