Ines, Tessie, Louise, & Alfred's Story...
This precious litter came to us from a momma that we rescued from the city shelter after she was dumped shortly before delivery! Momma Suzy went into labor on a Friday and had to have an emergency csection late that night because a puppy had gotten stuck! We did lose the puppy that was stuck but after lots of stimulating and mouth to mouth we were able to save the remaining 4! They are now 5 weeks as of last Friday! They have have dewormed twice and will get their first set of shots this week! They are developing such sweet and cute little personalities! They will be available for adoption soon once they are able to be altered! We are now accepting applications!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Ines, Tessie, Louise, & Alfred, a Grand Bay Rat Terrier puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Rat Terrier for sale in Grand Bay, or seeking a Rat Terrier puppy from a breeder in Grand Bay.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Grand Bay already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Grand Bay breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Rat Terrier breeders who help with Rat Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Grand Bay paves the way for another one to be saved.
