Tyler's Info...

I am already neutered, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Tyler's Story...
This young boy was taken to the kill shelter with his mom and 6 siblings. So sweet and loving, he is good with everyone! He plays well with other dogs and children, and is fine with cats. He is ready to venture off into the world and find a home where he can be part of a loving family!

Puppies this age become what new owners mold them into. They are sweet loving happy and eager to learn. They need to be taught and trained. They look at other animals as playmates, it is up to new owners to keep them animal friendly and turn them into wonderful family pets.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Tyler, a Cooperstown Labrador Retriever/Whippet puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Whippet for sale in Cooperstown, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Whippet puppy from a breeder in Cooperstown.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Cooperstown already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Cooperstown breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Whippet breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Whippet rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Cooperstown paves the way for another one to be saved.
