Riley's Story...
Meet Riley, Riley is a one-year-old 7/8 pound Maltese. Riley is a super sweet girl she's great with kids and dogs and fine with cats. She is mostly potty trained with an occasional accident but we are working on it I haven't had her long. Riley attaches herself to her person she follows me everywhere around the house (but she's not directly under my feet and she's so quiet sometimes I don't realize she's there until I look down). She even lays outside of the shower door when I shower. She doesn't seem to have separation anxiety per se but she is home with other dogs at my house. I would like her not to be alone. I would like that whoever adopts her either has another nice dog or somebody that is home often. The last family Riley lived with did not take very good care of her so now she is looking for a super loving forever family. If you're interested in adopting this sweet little girl please contact her foster mom Chastity at 443-248-4740

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Riley, a Las Vegas Maltese dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Maltese for sale in Las Vegas, or seeking a Maltese dog from a breeder in Las Vegas.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Las Vegas already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Las Vegas breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Maltese breeders who help with Maltese rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Las Vegas paves the way for another one to be saved.
