My story

Baghera is a sweet 4 year old pit mix weighing in at 58 pounds. He LOVES affection and attention from his human counterpart. He is more than happy to snuggle up on the couch or in bed-- as long as he is touching you he is happy. He is very gentle and takes treats nicely. In his plea for attention he will quietly do tricks to get human attention. He needs a home with no cats but with the right pit-savvy owner and an introduction to any potential canine siblings he can be in a home with other dogs. Although, he would prefer to be the only dog in the home so he can keep all the love an affection to himself! He fancies himself a protector so he needs a strong leader that will let him know his protection is unwanted. In that case he will play nicely with dog friends. He has a hip that bothers him so low-impact exercise is ideal. Attention is as important to him as the air he breathes so he will need a home with lots of love and time to share. He is house and crate trained and knows all his basic commands. He is the perfect mix of friendly and calm while being a silly character. His adoption fee is $150.
