Lacy's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Lacy's Story...
This is lovable Lacy! She's a 3 year old mix that was part of a humane case but stepped up big time and helped rescue 10 new born puppies. Lacy was used as a surrogate mom and nursed 10 puppies that were not her own when their mother passed away. She was not only a great mom to the puppies, she's a wonderful happy girl that absolutely loves people and other dogs. Lacy truly is a social butterfly that would like to put her past behind and is finally looking forward to a future where she is number one.

If you have kids and/or another dog in your family and are interested in adopting a Friendship dog please bring them with you for a meet and greet. No appointment is necessary. Stop by anytime during regular business hours.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lacy, a Elyria American Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Elyria, or seeking a American Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Elyria.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Elyria already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Elyria breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with American Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Elyria paves the way for another one to be saved.
