Meet LELU -
Hi my name is Lelu and I'm pit bull terrier. I'm just 20 months old, I'm a spayed female, and I'm approximately a 60lb bundle of energy and love!
I love people, I'm just not liking the dogs I live with and I think I would be better being the only dog in the house. I like the cats that I live with but I don't know how I feel about other cats. I have no experience with children, so I shouldn't be around them at least not until they're much older.
I love to play and run {in a fenced area} and I know my commands like sit, wait, leave it, and if I'm barking for no apparent reason, if you say "thank you" I will usually stop, I walk well on a leash, I might pull a little but I'm still a puppy. Also if I see another dog walking and I'm on a leash like I should be and you say leave it, I might want to look at what their doing, but I will do as you say and leave it.
If you're walking me and we go to cross the road and you tell me to Wait, I will until you tell me OK, I can shake your hand or give you a high five.
I love to snuggle and when its cold I love to wear my sweater. also when you feed me I like you to give me the first bite by hand then I will finish my dinner, BTW I love cottage cheese and cut up apples on my food, just sayin'.
My mommie is sad that she needs to find me a new home, but she wants to do what's best for me.

ODR, Inc. ADOPTION CRITERIA (Our Fine Print):
Based on 30 years of experience with rescue we enforce strict criteria. Do you work from home/stay at home/work part time? Have a securely fenced yard? We do not place same sex dogs in a home and children need to be 10 or older (some exceptions IF the dog is a puppy or the child has been raised with a similar dog). We prefer non smokers and a home with no other small animals (ferrets, hamsters, etc). Cats are on a case by case basis depending on the dog. Remember, these are rescues; many were surrendered because of these issues.
Please fill out our adoption questionnaire found at www.odr-inc.org and email it to: jrangan@comcast.net. The adoption committee will attempt to be in touch with you within 48 -72 hours. Please be patient as we are solely volunteer run.
