Gema's Story...
Meet Gema!! Gema is our little angel, we absolutely love her to death! She was surrender to our care after she was given away to some childen at the age of 2/3 weeks old. We have no details as to who or why this was done but we are very grateful that the right thing was done and she was surrendered at that time. We were able to integrate her into our litter of Chihuahua mix pups and mom treated her as her own. She's now grown into a healthly little girl and she's ready to move on to her new home where she is going to be treated like the princess that she is! Gema is spayed and has her first set of puppy shots.. Adopter is responsible to get her next 2 sets of puppy shots after adoption.. Could Gema be your Soul Mutt??

Please fill out an application and review our adoption procedures on our website at www.soulmuttsrescuect.org. Gema is currently being fostered in a private foster home in Plainville, CT. Please note that all dogs in rescue are in private foster homes and meet and greets are by appointment only with approved applications. Gema's adoption fee is $400

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Gema, a Colebrook Pit Bull Terrier puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Colebrook, or seeking a Pit Bull Terrier puppy from a breeder in Colebrook.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Colebrook already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Colebrook breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Colebrook paves the way for another one to be saved.
