McGee's Story...
McGee is the biggest baby you'll meet! This guy is funny, snuggly, playful....just all around awesome. McGee is about a year old, 20 pounds and will "talk" to you when he's happy or excited (which I love to hear) and he loves to play with other dogs. McGee will bark at a cat but isn't aggressive towards them at all. This sweet boy is crate trained and almost fully housebroken. If you're looking for a family comedian this is your guy! Please visit our website at www.goofyfootrescue.org and fill out the online application. McGee is in foster care in West TN and will be transported to an adopter once the adoption is finalized.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

McGee, a Allentown Schnauzer (Miniature)/Beagle puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Schnauzer (Miniature)/Beagle for sale in Allentown, or seeking a Schnauzer (Miniature)/Beagle puppy from a breeder in Allentown.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Allentown already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Allentown breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Schnauzer (Miniature)/Beagle breeders who help with Schnauzer (Miniature)/Beagle rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Allentown paves the way for another one to be saved.
