My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

We rescued Hattie from the euthanasia list at Mcacc, and we are so happy we did. She is a true gem. She is good with other dogs and people, including children. She appears to be in good health. She still has energy enough to run around the back yard with her foster brother and sister who are also Rottweilers. She is potty trained and leashed trained. She isn't that awesome with her basic obedience commands but she does listen and corrects easily. She could use a refresher course on her recall, sit, down and place commands. She is looking for a family who will allow her to live inside the house with them. Who is kind and gentle and will allow her to curl up on her dog bed at their feet while they watch tv at night. There is a 4 year old who visits her foster home frequently and she has done great with her. She can be vocal with other dogs, as she demands the respect of being their elder. After a couple of weeks, once she is getting the respect that she deserves, we found that she will quiet down and stop grumbling. Hattie is a wonderful girl. We believe that someone owned her previously for the purpose of breeding her and once she got too old to have more puppies, they dumped her. She deserves a home that will love her until the end of her days. She has been spayed, she is up to date in her vaccinations, heart worm tested negative and on a preventative, microchipped and comes with a collar and a leash. Her adoption fee is $75. please go to www.rottenrottie.com and fill out the adoption questionnaire under the forms tab and return it to us. We will contact you once we have had a chance to look it over and let you know if we feel Hattie may be a good fit for you and your lifestyle, and schedule a time for you to meet her. We look forward to working with you. Don't miss Hattie's video. Just click on the TV set next to her picture to view.
