Trixie-$50's Story...
ADOPTION PENDING Trixie is a 2 year old Chihuahua around 7 pounds looking for her forever home. She's actually really good with all the kids in her foster home...but, like any dog, she should be watched. She's good with the dog in her foster home and she's smaller than the cats...so she doesn't seem to have a problem with them! She's not completely house broke, but her foster family is working on that. She does bark at strangers and can be protective around her person...she has even growled at other dogs while she's on her foster mom's lap. She is a very sweet and loving gal who is going to make someone a wonderful companion. OUR DOGS ARE $50 TO ADOPT FROM NOW UNTIL AUGUST 20TH located in Cleveland, Oklahoma. If you are interested in adopting her please fill out an adoption app at www.clevelandareapoundpals.com

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Trixie-$50, a Cleveland Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua for sale in Cleveland, or seeking a Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Cleveland.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Cleveland already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Cleveland breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua breeders who help with Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Cleveland paves the way for another one to be saved.
