DUSTIN's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, purebred, up to date with shots, and good with dogs.

DUSTIN's Story...
DUSTIN is a beautiful large GSD. He was found in Tonto National Forest roaming with wild horses. He was in pretty great shape for a guy abandoned in the desert. Dustin has bonded very well with us and we cannot image why someone would leave this fellow out there. He has been neutered now and is all vaccinated. We also ran extensive blood work to make sure he is as healthy as he looks :) (waiting on results)
Dustin is fine with other balanced dogs and seems to be fine with kids. He just wants to be near his foster then he is the happiest. He walks pretty well on a leash and knows the sit command. He rides well in the car but it seems to be new to him.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

DUSTIN, a Cave Creek German Shepherd Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog for sale in Cave Creek, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog dog from a breeder in Cave Creek.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Cave Creek already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Cave Creek breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Cave Creek paves the way for another one to be saved.
