Casper is a 10-month-old deaf puppy that came into our rescue through our South L.A. Shelter Intervention Program. Casper is confident and loves to play with dogs, despite being deaf. It does not slow him down whatsoever. Check out his video to see him in action! Super friendly with people too, he is a great dog, the type that would make a wonderful family pet.
