Gigi's Story...
IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN ADOPTING Gigi PLEASE VISIT OUR WEB SITE and fill out an on line application. If you have questions about this animal please e-mail Kitty Velvet! Gigi came to The Rescue Train as a feral kitten when her mother was hit by a car. As scared as she and her two litter mates were we've convinced her that people are safe and good. There's something very special about Gigi. She has THE SOFTEST COAT of any cat we've ever had. She will be shy until he feels safe with a new person but is very brave as we introduce her to new things and life indoors. She needs a person who understand that a kitten who was once feral is going to take some to acclimate to new things and is willing to give her the time to adjust. Once she knows you and feels safe her you can hold her like a baby and she likes to snuggle in to hear your heart beat. You can't help but lover her. Even though she would not be aggressive with small children we feel a mellow adult home would best place for her to blossom. She would do best where someone has time to interact and pay attention to her, continuing her socialization. She gets along with other cats and we feel that she would be a great second cat. Gigi is 7 months, spayed, vaccinated, litter box trained and has tested negative for FIV/LUK. Can you open your heart and home to Gigi? INTERESTED IN ADOPTING? Why Adoption is a Great Option

Gigi, a Studio City Domestic Mediumhair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Mediumhair for sale in Studio City, or seeking a Domestic Mediumhair cat from a breeder in Studio City.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Studio City already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Studio City breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Mediumhair breeders who help with Domestic Mediumhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Studio City paves the way for another one to be saved.
