My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN ADOPTING TONY PLEASE VISIT OUR WEB SITE www.therescuetrain.org and fill out an on line application. If you need further info please e-mail us @ info@therescuetrain.org. Got Lion King Puppy? We do at The Rescue Train and his name is Tony (hey isn't Tony a tiger?). Tony was rescued from Kern County Animal Control from euthanasia due to overcrowding. He is nine months old and we guess his mix of breeds to be a chow/retriever mix. It's hard to walk down the street with Tony without someone stopping to comment on his stunning good looks. Tony was lucky enough to be a graduate from our 'Trained For Life' (to learn more about this program please visit www.TheRescueTrain.org. We are one of the few rescue groups in the country that have this dog training program). We are hoping to find an adopter who's interested in learning about his training. As part of this program his new family will a get a private lesson with his dog trainer to learn what he has learned. During our time working with Tony we've learned a lot about him. He loves toys! He's so fun to play with and his silly antics are sure to make you smile. He would love a nice yard to play in. He's can be nervous around certain men and needs his person to lead the way to show him it's safe. We feel he'd do best in a structured home with adults. We would prefer to find an owner who is familiar with the Chow/Chow breed or is willing to learn about their traits. Tony would like to live with a person who is home more often that not. He's so eager to belong! Tony is housebroken, neutered, vaccinated & microchipped. He is currently 45-50 pounds. He would get along best with a female dog his size. If you have questions about our adoption procedure or donation please visit www.TheRescueTrain.org and click on 'Adopt A Dog'. Can you open your heart and home to Tony? In return you will get a life time of devotion and unconditional love! INTERESTED IN ADOPTING? PLEASE FILL OUT AN ADOPTION APPLICATION ON OUR WEBSITE:www.therescuetrain.org APPLICANT MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD APPLICANT MUST LIVE IN THE SOUTHERN CA AREA
