Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Taki is a handsome, 2 year old cream male Shiba Inu whose family dumped him in a shelter in NC, claiming he didn't get along with big dogs. ! He is a small Shiba just under 20lbs who is intimidated by big dogs, but is fine with other dogs after a proper introduction. He has been fully vetted with bloodwork, vaccinations and microchipped! He did not like all the poking and prodding but handled it with minimal complaint other than the traditional Shiba Scream that could be heard for miles; despite his discomfort, he never tried to nip. He has been fine with introductions with cats, and he is learning to calm down and not bark at every thing that he encounters. Taki loves people and will ask for belly rubs! He also loves playing with toys and would just love a forever home where he can enjoy positive training and lots of play! He especially loves chasing squirrels and tennis balls!
