Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Lightning is a 6 year old neutered chocolate male Lab who weighs 69 pounds. He is a happy dog and likes to be with you to receive affection and be petted. He has a very nice Lablean which he likes to practice using on you. Hasn't shown much interest in retrieving he told me he will leave that for the youngsters and just hang out with his humans. Good with other dogs. Okay on lead, pulls some then settles down. Lightning is crate trained and may be house trained as he is keeping room clean at the kennel. Lightning is approved for kids ages 10+.
Update (6/2): Lightning is just a lovebug. He loves to cuddle on the sofa with you or just be in the same room with you, whichever you prefer. He loves to play with a tennis ball by himself, no fetching. He gets along great with the other labs in the house. Lightning is completely house trained and has never been crated with us. He can be left in the house for several hours. If you want a loveable companion, Lightning is the boy for you.
Update (5/27): Lightning went to foster with Nancy where she found out he is a mommas boy. He is fitting in very nicely with their pup and Mitzi.
Update (5/23): Lightning is very happy, he just got over kennel cough and sprung from isolation. He is feeling fine and is more than ready to meet his new family.
