Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Courtesy Posting. Scout is not with Handsome Dan's Rescue, but we are covering his vet care.
A good Samaritan contacted us after she noticed a problem with the eye of a sweet stray cat she had been feeding. We told her we would cover the associated vet costs and she is currently in the process of waiting for Scout to show up again on her deck, as he does every few days. She will then let us know and bring him to meet us at one of our partner vets so we can have his eye checked out and have him seen for any other issues he may have from living out on his own.
Scout was not always a stray though. He lived with one of the neighbors, and their dog, until they moved out and left him behind. We are told that in his previous home, Scout lived peacefully with a dog and used his litter box regularly.
We will soon be looking for a good home for Scout, once he has received the medical care he needs. If you would like more info on Scout please contact Adrea directly at apen24@icloud.com.
