Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Westley! He’s a 1-year-old, black and tan German shepherd mix. Not only is he cute as a button, he also happens to be that perfectly sized medium dog that everyone seems to be looking for. Weighing in at about 45 pounds he’s like a travel sized German shepherd. This happy pup stole our hearts when we spotted him at a shelter in Los Angeles. He won us over by sitting and shaking paws like a little gentleman. We couldn’t resist his charm; so back to The Pet Rescue Center he came. Once here, he quickly established himself as our new class clown and his silly face is a delight to have around. Westley is quite young still and will need a home willing to provide training and lots of exercise. He just loves his daily walks. Call The Pet Rescue Center today and make an appointment to meet him.
ADOPTION PROCESS:
Pets are visited by appointment (times are flexible). Please email adopt@thepetrescuecenter.org to arrange a meeting time. This process allows potential adopters to spend adequate time with their prospective pet and prevents long wait times.
All interested parties must fill out an Adoption Application, which will be reviewed to find the best possible match. You can find our application online at: http://www.thepetrescuecenter.org/adopt/adoption-application.html. Completed applications can be submitted online, faxed to (949) 743-5878 or emailed to: adopt@thepetrescuecenter.org
Our adoption fee is $300 for dogs and $150 for cats, and includes spay/neuter, microchip, flea treatment, deworming, regular veterinary check-ups, and current vaccinations. This fee helps to defray the costs of medical care, supplies and boarding while the animals are in our care.
The Pet Rescue Center is a 501c3 non-profit organization that seeks to rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome pets from high kill shelters and is temporarily housed inside the Alicia Pet Care Center at 25800 Jeronimo Rd. Suite 100, Mission Viejo, CA 92691.
