Please do not apply for Jersey unless you have a permanent vacancy in your lap because we can guarantee that Jersey is going to climb in and never leave . . . at least not willingly!! Jersey is a total love bug!! As hard as it is to believe, Jersey was found as a stray -- a matted mess, flea infested and so uncomfortable from what must have been years of neglect. He was thrilled to be rescued and and he is catching on really well how to be a pampered dog! Jersey is a Ladies' Man, a guy's guy, and he is great with kids. He LOVES to be picked up and simply melts in your arms because being held and babied is Jersey's favorite pastime (who needs legs when you can be carried?) He'll even paw at his foster mom if he's not getting all the attention he thinks he deserves . . . and it works! He is living in a home with a cat who he thinks is great to snuggle next to, and a Lab who he plays with when he's feeling rambunctious. He has lived with little kids and is wonderful as you can see in the video. We think Jersey is about 2 - 3 years old, he weighs about 11 pounds and he is very healthy.
