Chance's Info...

I am already neutered, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Chance's Story...
Silly Chance! He is brave, and very playful! He would be great for a home with kids that know how to be gentle with kittens. He can be held for long periods…even if he is talking-back while being held!! He has been caught a few times sleeping with the dogs, but it may be because the dogs are on “HIS” bed. He will need to fully explore his new home for a few days before he really shows how great he is. He is great with his litter box. He has only had natural litter (walnut, pine) and he loves using natural products to scratch on (cardboard, bark, grass rope). He has been around kids and will walk up to them and let them catch him, although he will avoid a child that has poor animal manners. You will just fall in love with this attentive boy!!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Chance, a Rocklin Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Rocklin, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Rocklin.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Rocklin already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Rocklin breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Rocklin paves the way for another one to be saved.
