Hi there! My name is Andre! I'm about 4 years old and I weigh about 15 lbs.
I was found as a stray in the Lisbon area.
I was with my buddy Axle. I really like him, and most of the other dogs for that matter, but Axle gets kind of bossy and pushy with me so we can't stay kenneled together here at the pound.
I love people but I can be a little shy, initially, so I just need time to warm up to new people. I LOVE being a lap dog and I am clearly a skilled, experienced lap warmer.

I appear to be in good health. I have been given my Parvo/ Distemper vaccine and I have been dewormed with panacur dewormer.
**ANDRE WILL BE GOING TO GET NEUTERED/VETTED OUT OF TOWN. HE WILL BE LEAVING MAY 14TH AND WILL RETURN MAY 22ND. THIS VETTING SCHEDULE IS NON-NEGOTIATE.**
PLEASE CONSIDER THIS DOG, AS WELL AS ALL THE OTHER DOGS AT OUR SHELTER AS URGENT. OUR KENNEL SPACE HERE AT THE POUND IS VERY LIMITED. THIS DOG COULD BE EUTHANIZED WITHOUT FURTHER NOTICE ANY TIME AFTER MAY 9, 2015.
HERE AT THE COLUMBIANA COUNTY DOG POUND, WE TRY VERY HARD TO PLACE ALL OF OUR ADOPTABLE DOGS IN TO LOVING HOMES OR SEND THEM TO GREAT, APPROVED RESCUE GROUPS, HOWEVER, WE CAN ONLY KEEP OUR DOGS HERE AT THE POUND AS LONG AS SPACE ALLOWS.
MY ADOPTION FEE IS $110 CASH, WHICH COVERS MY NEUTER SURGERY (WHICH MUST BE DONE PRIOR TO ME LEAVING THE SHELTER), MY PARVO/DISTEMPER VACCINE, RABIES VACCINE, DEWORMING AND MY CURRENT OHIO DOG LICENSE WHICH WILL BE HONORED THROUGHOUT THE STATE OF OHIO.
THE POUND IS OPEN MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY FROM 8 AM- 4 PM AND SATURDAY FROM 9 AM- 12 PM. WE ARE CLOSED SUNDAYS AND HOLIDAYS.
